Physical Requirements

Are you able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods as required during lessons, clinics, or training sessions?
Are you able to physically demonstrate golf swing techniques and movement patterns as needed?
Are you able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as may be required for moving equipment or teaching aids?

Instructor Certifications

Are you currently certified by the PGA, LPGA, or another nationally recognized golf organization?
If not currently certified, are you enrolled in or actively pursuing a recognized coaching certification program?

Youth Safety & Interactions

Required for all applicants as they may work with or around minors in our Junior Academy programs.
Are you comfortable working in an environment that includes children and teens (ages 6–17)?
Do you have any prior experience coaching, teaching, or supervising minors?
Have you completed any youth safety or child protection training (e.g. SafeSport, Abuse Prevention Training, etc.)?
Have you ever been the subject of any disciplinary action or investigation related to your conduct while working with youth?
Are you willing to complete a background check and youth protection training as a condition of employment or volunteer service?
Excluding minor traffic offenses, have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense or have any current charges pending against you, including but not limited to those related to sexual misconduct, child abuse, violence, or drug-related offenses?
(Answering yes does not automatically disqualify you.)
Are you comfortable helping to enforce safety and behavior guidelines during youth programs?
