A quick step for Sage Lizards.

Let’s get a read on their game.

Tell us a bit about your junior and their game. The player assessment gives us a clear picture of their experience, whether they have clubs or need a set and how they tend to learn so we can meet them where they’re at inside Sage Lizards.

Experience

Start here — tells us if they’re brand new or have played before.

Golf Clubs

Do they have clubs or need a set — we have rental & purchase options.

How they learn

Anything we should know — like how they learn best or any special needs.

Goals

What they’re working toward & what they want to get out of it.

Sage Lizards Player Assessment

Get Started

Parents/guardians, please complete your information first. After that, the self-assessment is for juniors to fill out on their own. We want to hear directly from them — in their own words, about their goals, experiences, and how they see the game. Of course, help is welcome as some questions might be technical or event specific which they might not know all the details.

Golf takes dedication.

Commitment is essential at GGA. Our programs are designed for players who are dedicated to their growth and success. If you’re not ready to make that commitment, please don’t take a spot from another aspiring player. Missing too many classes could result in forfeiting your spot without a refund.
Are you able to commit fully to the program, attending all classes and events?
